I've been on work placement at creative advertising agency, CHI&Partners this week. Working alongside the guys responsible for great campaigns such as Stay Drenched and Dangerous Ground
I learnt a lot about the roles and structure of the agency and got first-hand insight into the 'big ideas' process. I really appreciate the great opportunity!

hey jack notice on an earlier post that you are doing your dissertation on advertising. I am too, are you doing it on a specific aspect of advertising or just advertising in general?
The question's not set in stone at the moment but it's to do with how evolving technology/consumer behavour is changing the industry. What part are you focusing on for yours on?
my question is not set in stone either. I wanted to do it on how advertising has evolved, different media etc - and what is the future for advertising? new media techniques etc. Need to finalize my question soon though as im sure this dissertation will creep up on me!
So did you enjoy CHI? any chance of you returning? hope all is going well mate.
